I  felt a calling to serve for as long as I can remember. I am an intuitive and have always been drawn to the power of healing touch, so I found a natural affinity with the field of healing arts and transformation of consciousness.

After receiving a BA degree in Biology with honors in 1989 from Hood College in Frederick, MD, and exploring a brief career in Ecology and Marine Biology, my inner calling rapidly led me to pursue the healing arts, and to dive passionately into my spiritual awakening. It began with the study of holistic healing and massage. I received my certification from the Potomac Massage Training Institute in Washington DC, in 1991. Shortly after, I moved to the Catskill Mountains of New York where I was immersed in a full spectrum of classes and workshops in the fields of alternative healing and spirituality including apprenticeships in herbal medicine and Native American shamanic healing, before moving to Wisconsin, where I am based now.

In the mid-1990′s, I was at a crossroads, searching for deeper meaning, higher purpose and and personal healing, and was given a whole new direction through a spontaneous and dramatic light insertion that catalyzed a complete transformation and spiritual awakening, assisted by A Course in Miracles, the illuminate masterpiece for the healing and enlightenment of humanity. This divine manuscript, often referred to as the “Vedanta of the West” or the “Yoga of the Christ,” changed my life forever.  Ever since, I live in the light of this miraculous, on-going experience. From my home-base in Wisconsin, I have traveled abroad over the last 30 years, extending the gift of this simple, yet profound universal teaching, and the joyful Self-Realization and deep peace it brings. I have given presentations, healing workshops,  awakening immersions and spiritual life coaching sessions in over 15 countries.  Along the way, I was also certified as a Reiki Master in 2010.

I  received my Yoga Instructor Certification in 2010 at the Sivananda Ashram and Yoga Retreat in Paradise Island, Bahamas. My education and experience grew through numerous travels in India, practicing meditation in the Himalayas, learning Thai Yoga Massage, teaching spiritual awakening workshops, serving at Mother Theresa’s and several other ashrams, learning the wisdom of Ayurveda (the mother of medicine, sister science to yoga), and guiding a pilgrimage tour around many areas of the country.

My expression of yoga, healing and life in general, focuses on the true meaning of  YOGA as “Union” or “Yoking with Source or God,” and HEALING meaning “to make whole.” I have discovered that as we are restored to the awareness of our natural state of unified wholeness,  all sense of separation, fear, conflict, stress and anxiety dissolves, issues resolve naturally and our lives realign with our higher purpose, as the true Self is remembered.

My work has since expanded into the realm of Multidimensional Quantum Healing and Soma Awakening Breathwork Meditation, where science and spirituality merge in the field of infinite possibilities. Both of these modalities bring immediate, life-changing shifts in the mind, body, and emotional state as well as overall perception and life experience. I am now a certified Level 2 SOMA Breath Instructor and previously also did basic Instructor Training with Michael Brian Baker of The Breath Center.  I was immersed in a year and a half of intensive training and apprenticeship in Quantum Healing with Dr. Richard Bartlett, creator of Matrix Energetics, MED (Master Energy Dynamics), MHRT (Master Harmonic Resonance Technology) and HoloSETS (Holo Synchronous Energy Technology Systems), all of which I now offer in-person and remotely via phone and Zoom.

My work and service today is an alchemical fusion of my entire life experience with present moment intuitive guidance, that may draw from and include any of the above modalities and beyond, based on what is most helpful and supportive in the moment.

“In the sea of love, I melt like Salt. Faith, Doubt – they both dissolve.
A star is opening in my heart. The worlds turn into it.”
