Yoga Classes

It is my joy to share the wonderful gifts of yoga by offering private and group classes by request for all levels and abilities, as well as chair yoga, and restorative yoga. I will help you to find the practice and pace that is ideal for you, bringing freshness, light and fun into every session.

Each class is unique, yet all are rooted in classic Hatha Yoga, focusing primarily on:
*asanas (gentle stretches/postures)
*sun salutations (Surya Namaskar – a beautiful moving, meditative warm-up flow sequence)
*pranayama (transformative breathing exercises)
*meditation (a profoundly healing practice of quieting the mind and turning the attention inward and back to the Source).

Yoga means “Union” and its ultimate purpose is Self-realization or enlightenment. However, some of its other innumerable benefits include deep relaxation, vibrant health, stress relief; increased flexibility, balance, strength, alignment and vitality; as well as a profound sense of connection, clarity and true Self-awareness. Join me and experience the deep peace, vitality, joy and freedom that are your natural inheritance!
